We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect data in uploaded files
- Low-quality images
- Printing mistakes caused by unclear or wrong uploads
Orders will be printed exactly as submitted.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after successful payment.
- Once printing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Production time typically ranges from 1–3 working days.
Shipping time depends on courier services and location.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Full payment must be made before order processing begins.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Payment disputes
- Suspicious document uploads
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
Refunds and replacements are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Generally:
- Replacement is provided only for manufacturing defects.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
- Refunds are not provided for customer errors.
