- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 4-6 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 5-8 business days
- Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
- Please note that delivery timelines are subject to external factors such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or national holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed during checkout.
- Any applicable discounts or free shipping offers will be mentioned on the checkout page.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- You can track your order by visiting our “Track Order” page and entering the tracking number.
5. Shipping Partners
- We use reliable courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and Delhivery to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- In some cases, we may use local courier services based on the shipping address.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address while placing an order.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to bear the re-shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
- We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping services are not available at the moment.
9. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Courier strikes or operational issues
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
10. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of PVC card printing, we do not accept returns once an order has been printed or shipped.
However, we offer replacements or exchanges in the following cases:
- Printing errors caused by us
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
11. Delays:
- PVCPrint.shop is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.
