At pvcprint.shop, we provide customized PVC card printing services. Since all products are personalized based on customer-submitted files, our cancellation and refund policy is limited and strictly defined.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before printing work has started.
Cancellation is NOT possible if:
- Printing has begun
- Order is marked as “Under Printing”
- Order has been shipped
To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are provided only in the following cases:
- Printing defect caused by us
- Card damaged during delivery
- Wrong item sent by our team
3. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To request a replacement or refund, customers must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
- Photos showing the issue
- Order ID details
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Incorrect details uploaded by customer
- Low-quality images or blurred files
- Spelling mistakes in submitted documents
- Color variation due to screen display
- Courier delays beyond our control
- Change of mind after placing order
5. Claim Reporting Time
All damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing Time
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method
7. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may provide:
- Free re-printing of the card
- Replacement shipment at no extra cost
8. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Lost packages after delivery confirmation
9. Fraud Prevention
Orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or illegal document submission may be cancelled without refund.
