Refunds Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Make a video of any item before unboxing it. If the parcel sent to you by us is damaged in any way, please contact our contact team and send us the video, our team will start the process of refund or replacement.
No refunds will be given if cancelled after item has been shipped.
If you cancel the item before it is shipped, you will be refunded after deducting the print cost.
You can get a full refund if you cancel before the card is printed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
